How We Assess Players
Every player in 90+ is evaluated across five key areas that we believe are essential for long-term development:
1. Technical Ability
Ball control, first touch, dribbling, passing, receiving, and finishing.
2. Tactical Understanding

3. Physical Capacity
Speed, agility, strength (age-appropriate), balance, and ability to compete at training intensity.
4. Mental Attributes
Attitude, focus, resilience, competitiveness, effort levels, and coachability.
